Lahore, Pakistan: A man killed his wife with the strokes of hockey in the Subzazar area on Sunday. Police have registered a case against the murderer.

According to police, Nasima 34-year-old woman resident of Almadina Market, Badr Block, Subzazar, was beaten by her husband Shaukat Ali with a hockey, resulting in her death.

Nasima’s Son, Mohammad Omar, told to the police that his father Shaukat had left his family after second marriage. His mother Nasima had filed a case against her husband. On the day of this unpleasant incident, the accused visited the victim’s house and badly injured her with the strokes of hockey. The accused fled from the scene while the injured was rushed to a hospital where she died.

Police have registered a case on the complaint of Omar, started investigations and shifted the body to morgue.

 Lahore, Pakistan: Maham a five-year-old girl murdered after rape in the Harbanspura police precincts on Friday.

According to the details, Mohammad Ameen, the father of the victim, Maham, his daughter went to the playground of Mohallah Sukh Nehar and did not return home. Mohammad Ameen told the police that after search for several hours, he found his daughter dead body in the playground. He said the condition of her body showed that she was raped before being killed.

The police registered the FIR and investigation was ongoing to trace the accused.
